1. Avoid all refined carbohydrates

Regarding CNN Money Report About The Goji Berry Drink

I came across and interesting article about the a new energy drink from Beer Giant Anheuser-Busch called 180 Red with Goji. I'm not sure how much actual percentage of goji berry is in the drink and the quality of the berries used. If I was to hazard a guess it's probably similar to some of those fruit type drinks that are about 10% fruit juice, but I don't know this at the present time. But as you can see from the list of ingredients below it contains carbonated and sugar water amongst other ingredients.

Here is a list of ingredients:

180 Red with Goji contains carbonated water; su crose; Goji berry juice; acerola juice; guarana for natural caffeine; vitamins B-6, B-12 and C; and lychee natural flavor.

The reason I sent the Anheuser-Busch article/drink thing to you is just to share with you guys that GOJI is in the news and on the move! Regardless of who puts out what product with goji in it, the mere fact that BIG corporations are taking note of the awesome properties of the goji berry gives us THAT much more power.

For a company the stature of Anheuser-Busch to be making a product with the Goji Berry is another major validation of the amazing goji berries.
