It is believed Freelife is the first company in the Direct Sales industry ever to have achieved this scientific validation.

Foe your information PubMed.gov is a U.S. government sponsored search engine for accessing abstracts of biomedical research articles. It is run by the United States National Library of Medicine at the National Institutes of Health. We encourage you to go to PubMed.gov and enter “GoChi” or “FreeLife” in the search engine. Up will pop the latest study published on the goji berry titled, “A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Clinical Study of the General Effects of a Standardized Lycium barbarum (Goji) Juice, GoChi.” Yes, PubMed.gov, the U.S. government sponsored scientific research database, has accepted Freelife's latest GoChi study for publication!

The scientific Team at Freelife should be highly congratulated for this wonderful accomplishment. Freelife has stated previous on many occasions that the scientific validation of GoChi is unparalleled in the nutrition industry. Now no other product in the Direct Sales industry has this clinical science backing up their product. And Freelife has stated that this is just the beginning of their scientific research with their GoChi Juice. In the pipeline is further research on GoChi which, when announced, will quite frankly, boggle your mind and make you want to drink GoChi for the rest of your lives.

The New Gochi Juice Click Here!

GoChi - Goji Juice Frequently Asked Questions FAQ -Click Here!

Dr. Earl Mindell's Ultimate Weight Loss Plan

Dr. Earl Mindell's Ultimate Weight Loss Plan. Simply follow these Seven Success Tips.

1. Avoid all refined carbohydrates

This is a critical tip for you to follow. Avoid refined carbohydrates, which include all products such as white breads, cakes, cookies, white rice, and pasta. Avoid all refined sugar products including sodas, ice cream, corn syrup, molasses, honey and beer. You should also avoid starchy, high-carbohydrate vegetables such as potatoes, corn, beets, and carrots. These foods raise your blood sugar levels rapidly, which can cause weight gain.

2. Eat natural, fresh, unprocessed foods

Increase lots of fresh, unprocessed foods in your diet, and stay away from processed foods. Each step of processing causes a food to produce higher glucose levels. Typically, processed foods have added sugars, carbohydrates, and chemical additives. The fiber content is also lower, which causes the sugar and carbohydrates to have a greater negative impact on your glucose levels.

3. Exercise

Exercise has a balancing effect on your blood sugar and insulin levels. It helps to decrease your body fat and cholesterol and increases your energy level. Even if you don’t have a regular exercise routine, you can incorporate exercise as part of your lifestyle. Walk to the store, walk up that flight of stairs, and mow your lawn. Studies have shown that these mini-exercise sessions have a beneficial effect on weight loss.

4. Drink water

Many of us are actually dehydrated. This is why it’s important for you to drink a minimum of eight to ten glasses of pure water daily. Adequate water intake helps in the weight loss process; rids your bloodstream of excess fat which can help reduce your cholesterol levels; and keeps you regular. Two to three glasses of Fired Up! Is a great-tasting way to increase your water intake and give your body the appetite-reducing energy boost you need every day!

5. Take a multivitamin supplement

Take an all-natural vitamin/mineral supplement rich in antioxidants and phytonutrients. Taken with food, a complete, all-natural multivitamin helps increase your energy and supports your immune system. (You will not find a better supplement than Basic Mindell Plus!)

6. Eat protein at every meal and snack

Protein stimulates glucagon, a hormone secreted by the pancreas that helps regulate blood sugar and allows your body to burn stored fat. When you eat protein along with carbohydrates it helps balance your blood sugar. Drinking one or two Carbs Away Shakes every day as a snack or meal replacement is a delicious way to add the most absorbable form of protein to your diet!

7. Learn how your body reacts

Take responsibility for knowing about what food you put into your body and then how your body reacts. Choose foods that make you feel good over the long run. If you are achieving your weight and health goals, your carbohydrate consumption must be close to optimum. If you are not, adjust downward the amount of sugars, grains, starchy vegetables, and sweet fruit you are eating.

The Move and The Captain and All Goji is Not Created Equal

If this blog post turns out to be a little sloppy, please bear with me as we just moved and things are in a bit of controlled chaos over here.

But that aside what an awesome fantastic day. Every day starts with decisions, those we make and those we don't and we can just as likely decide to have a great day versus as bad one.

As I said we just recently moved – we love were we are at now, but holy cow Batman moving can be a chore. First you spend a couple months packing and preparing to move. Man you sure can accumulate a lot of junk and almost junk in one score and 4 years. What is almost junk? Well this is the stuff you find when packing that you haven't seen in years. You go wow that's pretty cool, too cool to throw away but yet you haven't used it in 10 years so why keep it? This is one of the great moving dilemmas we are faced with when packing.

Then the move – once again holy cow = the movers finished up at 4:30 in the morning – talk about an extended fun time and now all the unpacking over the next several months. But it's all-good, praise the Lord.

As I continue this diatribe to keep your interest prior to hitting you with the good stuff, my brain is just pulling out of the cobwebbed reaches of 24 years of storage in the same house.

It has come to my attention that many people have the opinion that all goji juice is created equal. Well I'm here to tell you this in not the Declaration of Independence.

I read a story on the internet the other day about how a group of people had gone out in a boat and quite frankly the boat was let us say not quite seaworthy. Well after a while the water was getting rough and conditions were becoming quite dangerous as a large storm was coming in. Now let me ask you a question, who would you want piloting this boat as it tried to reach shore? The fellow who had spent years training with the best captains of the sea or the guy who took a mail order sailing course?

There is one individual who is considered the father and grandfather of the modern nutritional movement. He has written the biggest selling book in the history of nutrition "The Vitamin Bible".

He spent almost 10 years researching and perfecting goji juice before bringing it to the market. In fact when I look at websites selling other lesser brands of goji juice almost all of them reference the research of Dr. Mindell and the goji berry. So it begs the question – do you want the one and only brand perfected and endorsed by the master himself, Dr. Earl Mindell or do you want - well just another brand put out by well who knows who?

To further clarify let me put it to you like this. Or let me ask you a question. Are there not different varieties of Apple trees? Of course there are and the bottom line is no matter how much you water or fertilize it you're not going to get Granny Smith apples out of a Golden Delicious tree.

I was going to discuss vocal skeptics here but I'll save that for a future post. Now rather than leave you hanging I will say this, there is a difference between being skeptical and vocal/outspoken skeptics. Most people have things they are skeptical of, usually it's because they have no knowledge in that area. However, in a nutshell an outspoken skeptic is someone who has a vested interest in an area that runs contrary to the product or service they are being skeptical of.

National Health Care System Examples of Why It's A Bad Idea.

Recently we saw a microcosm in our local city of what would happen with a National Health Care system.
Certain things often seem very enticing when first brought up, but further studies show them to be a very poor idea. Such is the case with a National Health Care system and here’s largely the reason why.

Everything in this case anyway comes down to people’s behavior. An event recently in Atlanta reveals how people would act under a National Health Care system.

An amusement park in town (Six Flags Over Georgia) advertised free admission for the day. Guess what happened? So many young people were trying to take advantage of this free day that their were huge traffic jams trying to get to the park. Parents were letting their kids out of the car to walk on the Interstate near by which had become a parking lot. Police closed certain exit ramps to the park.

The point is whenever something is offered for free, people have a tendency to use the product or service in much greater quantity than they would other wise use it. Paying for something has a way of indicating the true value of something.

Case in point, I was recently at a Himalayan Goji Juice convention and while there the company offered free Goji Juice. Guess what, I was drinking almost 6 times more free Goji Juice than I normally drink.

The point is that whether it’s the free admission to Six Flags or the free goji juice the behavior is predictably the same. There was a much higher demand on the product or service than would be typical. Over time this would lead to either short falls in the product supply and or reduction in the quality of the service. Overworked people eventually get to the point of reducing their quality of service. This is a natural reaction.

The same would hold true with a National Health Care system. Because of the perceived free health care people would put a much greater strain on the system resulting in a reduction in quality and/or rationing and shortages of health care.

Consider this, what if there was a national gas system where everyone received free gas. There would end up being shortages and huge lines and rationing of gas.

This is why a National Health Care system is such a bad idea and would really ruin healthcare in this country..

Check out Goji Juice in the Hamilton Mill Area

Goji Juice, Goji Berries Random Thoughts on Business Opportunities and Life

Not everyone is cut out to drink goji juice. Face it some people for whatever reason just don’t recognize a good thing when they see it. I see plenty of people drinking and enjoying himalayan goji juice on a regular basis. It's more than a fad, the exposures of the goji berry in Time Magazine, and ABC News and NBC Today show and other magazine and newspaper articles proves that it's here to stay. Even so some people are still skeptical, they might say it’s too expensive or I’d rather not pay the cost. It took me many years to realize everything comes with a cost. Some costs are hidden others are out in the open.

These or other people may also complain about a lack of opportunity to get ahead in America these days. While opportunity may not be overly abundant to their satisfaction it mainly points to short sidedness on their part.

Opportunity is a relative term. If you wanted to be President of the United States then you’re right. There is very little opportunity for you in this area. However, in terms of overall opportunity never in the history of man in any country anywhere has there been more opportunity for someone to achieve success.

The internet is a perfect example – anyone can go buy a domain for $10 get themselves some very inexpensive web-hosting – create a web business with some sweat equity. Then in a couple years for literally chump change compared to a McDonalds franchise for example build a business which generates a strong 6-figure a year income. I’ll go so far as to say the opportunity created by the internet for those willing to make the sacrifice to learn can be far more lucrative than a traditional college education.

So by now you’re thinking what does all this have to do with some people drinking goji juice and others not drinking it. The answer is both nothing and everything. It’s all about perspective and about what we value.

Some people may have a hard time swallowing this statement but here goes. –Some peoples values are simply better than others. Now I’m not talking about matters of individual taste but matters of principals.

For example those who prefer NASCAR are no better or worse than those who’d rather watch football.

However, those who value life and honesty and respecting others have better values than those who don’t value these things. For these are core values – football, NASCAR are simply matters of individual taste although certain fans might argue that. Sooo those who value their own health and wellbeing are making better value decisions than those that don’t.

I would encourage everyone to evaluate their decisions daily – every decision makes you either healthier or unhealthier, richer or poorer, closer to reaching your goal or further away. It can be no other way.

Check out Goji Juice in the Hamilton Mill Area

Regarding CNN Money Report About The Goji Berry Drink

I came across and interesting article about the a new energy drink from Beer Giant Anheuser-Busch called 180 Red with Goji. I'm not sure how much actual percentage of goji berry is in the drink and the quality of the berries used. If I was to hazard a guess it's probably similar to some of those fruit type drinks that are about 10% fruit juice, but I don't know this at the present time. But as you can see from the list of ingredients below it contains carbonated and sugar water amongst other ingredients.

Here is a list of ingredients:

180 Red with Goji contains carbonated water; su crose; Goji berry juice; acerola juice; guarana for natural caffeine; vitamins B-6, B-12 and C; and lychee natural flavor.

The reason I sent the Anheuser-Busch article/drink thing to you is just to share with you guys that GOJI is in the news and on the move! Regardless of who puts out what product with goji in it, the mere fact that BIG corporations are taking note of the awesome properties of the goji berry gives us THAT much more power.

For a company the stature of Anheuser-Busch to be making a product with the Goji Berry is another major validation of the amazing goji berries.

Here is that article for you to read:
CNN Money Article about 180 Red Goji Energy Drink

Himalayan Goji Juice Featured in New World and Woman's World Magazines

Himalayan Goji Juice Featured in New World and Woman's World Magazines

Himalayan Goji Juice has been the subject of a great deal of media attention over the past 12 months. In fact in analysis an incredible amount of positive attention.

Mischa's immaculate complexion is the result of a daily dose of goji juice.

New Woman magazine in Australia just last week ran an article in which they stated Mischa Barton, Liz Hurley and Madonna couldn’t get enough of the super antioxidant goji berry and showed on of the bottles. In the magazine they also wrote that drinking goji daily has been reported to reduce cellulite, protect cells (anti-aging), and even to improve concentration. A caption to a picture in the articles states, Mischa’s immaculate complexion is the result of a daily dose of goji juice. NBC’s Today Show ran a wonderful story on Himalayan Goji Juice. But there’s even more positive press. Time magazine the people who have the “Man of the Year” every year, named the Goji Berry the Super Fruit of the Year.

If that was all the news that would be pretty fantastic, but there is even more. Woman’s World magazine just this past week has published a very nice article concerning the goji berry titled Chinese Miracle Berries for Perfect Health. For over 6000 years herbalists in China have studied and used the goji berry, referring to it as the longevity herb. Blueberries, better watch out move over, there’s a new king of the superfruits in town, the goji berry. If that was all the free publicity that would be great but late in January the Saturday Evening Post will be publishing another exciting article about the goji berry.

You've probably heard about ORAC ratings of nutritional products in the news lately.

Look at these impressive ORAC scores Click Here to see this goji berry ORAC chart.

Women's Golf Australia - Goji Berry in the News Again

The goji berry was in the news again.
